Had 14 family members staying here and we had a great time, super staff and good
rooms. Will be our hotel of choice in Abbotsford BC. Close to lots of amenities
and easy to find. I would not hesitate to tell friends about this hotel.
If by chance you are driving to Okanagan on Victoria Day (or Memorial Day) and
simply cannot take the traffic any more, this Best Western is an ok place to
land. Typical room, nice pool and hot tub. Staff friendly. Accepts pets :).
The room was very clean and nice. We booked in at the last minute and only a
smoking room was available. Even so the room had been well cleaned and did not
smell of smoke.
All of the appliances in the room were reasonably modern and the television was
very nice. The bed was very comfortable.
Our choice of hotel was influenced by 2 things -pet friendly and Air Miles, and
overall we were extremely happy with the well appointed and designed suite we
Yes - this hotel does have a few challenges for those with physical issues
should you be placed on the second floor. There is a lot of staircases for only
a two storey building, but it also due to the hotel being built on a bit of a
grade. Should you have any issues with walking a distance, climbing stairs or
even a grade, this could be very tiring.
But for those who are physically fit or need to be, this great hotel is perfect.
It is very close and convenient to the highway, has great parking and is within
walking distance to a variety of restaurants and Walmart.
The suite is more then roomy, has a great layout with a lovely sitting area with
its own tv and work station. The bathroom has been upgraded and a shower with
the best water pressure!!! I had to fight hubby to get some equal time! The
queen size bed is very comfortable, with plump pillows and a neck roll - and
another tv. Added features such as Pantene products, a fluffy robe, sterile tv
remotes are another added touch. The suite also has a microwave, coffee maker
There is also a great size pool and hot tub, but we never used either. From what
we say, it was perfect for an evening swim and soak.
A word of advice -book online. Though we cashed in Air Miles for the first 2
nights we then wanted to stay a third night. When we inquired at the desk, we
were quote $110/night yet we checked online and booked for $88. It is a great
value and most reasonable for the area at that price.
The staff is most friendly and we were always greeted warmly. I highly recommend
this great hotel...
